The problem
When an agent works in the background, it is hard to tell when a turn finished and how long it took.
The approach
Turnstamp starts timing on submit and stops only once the agent has fully settled, including tool calls, retries, compaction, and queued continuations. It then adds a themed, right-aligned badge with the local completion time and duration.
Design choices
Badges stay out of model context and only render in the interactive TUI, so
print, JSON, and RPC output are unchanged. /turnstamp opens a settings panel
for alignment, style, and visible fields.
